I know, me too - but I can understand why. Filming of How to Catch a Monster is definitely his priority right now, as it should be. :) Hopefully Ryan will be at Cannes next year, with his own film!

Someone who knows how to google “Only God Forgives script” ;)

I actually had the pleasure of reading the script last year, and I cannot wait to see the movie. It was so beautifully written. Nicolas Winding Refn is an amazing director. Remember with the clips, we are just seeing snippets of a much longer film. As for dialogue, I’m one of the people that believes it isn’t necessary. If you loved Drive, you would have loved all of it, right? Limited dialogue and all. The feel of the movie - the mood it captured. I’m looking forward to Nicolas creating that again, in a whole new way. This is a whole new experience, and I think people should stop comparing Only God Forgives and Drive, and see it as the completely different movie, that it is. I am definitely looking forward to Only God Forgives, 

I was going to answer this privately, but it felt like a good time to just say something and clarify: Guys, this is my blog. For me. To celebrate all that is Ryan Gosling. If you are a fan of Ryan’s you should already know that not all of his films, are pretty - occasionally I’m going to post a head stomping scene. When Only God Forgives comes out, I’m going to be posting worse, I imagine. Drive is one of my favorite movies. I don’t feel like I should have to put warnings on these posts. The only warning you will ever see on my blog is “spoilers” and even then I try and be good about them. If you come here, and the film is out on DVD, you can expect to see anything from that film. Even the gorey bits. Don’t like it? Blacklist “Drive” Because at the end of the day, this is my blog, and I love you all heaps, and am grateful for all my followers but I’m going to keep posting what I want to post. If you don’t like it and you don’t want to run the risk of seeing something like that, you can unfollow, it’s really as simple as that.
